Get up early, welcome the Sun and join me for a subtle, yet invigorating, yoga class in Seaford:

- Get a great head-start for your day.
I will guide you through yoga postures (asanas), breath focus (pranayama), and meditation so that you can feel ready for whatever the day ahead may bring.
This yoga program is suitable for complete beginners – there are no crazy poses. I teach a traditional Hatha class that incorporates many aspects of yogic tradition.
These classes are not “fast”, “hot” or “fancy”. Instead they give you the tools to start feeling great in your body, mind and soul.
When: Tuesday mornings, 9.30 – 10.30am.
Where: The Elements of Happiness studio, Shop 3 / 131 Nepean Highway, Seaford.
What do I need? Comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. Bring your own mat and blanket if you have them. You are expected to wipe down the studio mat if using one. Thanks.
Do I need yoga experience? No, not necessary.
