Get up early, welcome the Sun and join me for a subtle, yet invigorating, yoga class:
- Warm up your joints
- Connect with your breath
- Calm your mind
- Build strength and stability
- Wake up your whole being
- Get a great head-start for your day.
I will guide you through yoga postures (asanas), breath focus (pranayama), and meditation so that you can feel ready for whatever the day ahead may bring.
This yoga program is suitable for complete beginners – there are no crazy poses. I teach a traditional Hatha class that incorporates many aspects of yogic tradition.
These classes are not “fast”, “hot” or “fancy”. Instead they give you the tools to start feeling great in your body, mind and soul.
Classes are held via Zoom. The link will be emailed to you once you book in.
When: Thursday mornings 6.45 – 7.45am. Yes, you can get out of bed and do this!
When: Saturday mornings 7.15 – 8.15am.
What do I need? Comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. Even your PJs are fine. A yoga mat, blanket or large towel, or even the carpet is fine – you want to be comfortable, but still be on a firm surface.
Do I need yoga experience? No, not necessary.
*I will email you a brief form to complete – this is so you can let me know if you have any medical concerns I should know about.
**You can share this ticket with other people in your immediate household, however I do need to be able to see everyone on screen during the class.
