Are you seeking a private yoga session online?
If you have specific needs, be these medical or emotional, and you feel a tailor-made yoga therapy practice would benefit you, then please consider booking in for a private session online, via Zoom.
Current and previous clients have included people:
- Diagnosed with a serious or terminal illness,
- Recovering from cancer,
- Diagnosed with a stress-related condition, or,
- Those who prefer a one-on-one session in the comfort of their own home.
Private classes include subtle, gentle yoga movements (which may be standing or seated in a chair dependent on your requirements), breath awareness, mindfulness and meditation.
Once you book in I will spend some time with you over the phone and email to find out your needs and design classes to suit you.
These classes run for 1hour and 15 minutes.
Current availability is Fridays, 9.00 – 10.15am.
Book for a one off session, or for 5 or 10 sessions.
The Zoom link will be sent to you once you book in.
