If you subscribe to our newsletter, or enter your email address into any field on our website, we will never sell, lease out, or divulge your email address to anyone other than our internal staff. We may at times require to divulge it to service providers whom you may engage, but never without your permission first. We will never divulge any information about you to a third party (such as an external marketing company).
In order to provide our services we will be required to collect certain information about you. However, we will never disclose your name, address, date of birth or phone number without your consent. We will never disclose any personal information about you without your consent.
We will never share or misuse any personally identifying information about you unless it is with your full consent. There may be emergency situations where we feel that in your best interest we need to advise emergency services, medical practitioners, or mental health emergency service of your details. We would do everything in our power to gain consent from you or your emergency contact person in the first instance. But we will put safety first – yours or someone else’s.
All our billing occurs either via PayPal or direct deposit into our bank account. Therefor we will never ask you for your credit card or bank account details.
You are free to opt-out from receiving emails from us at any time if you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and updates. However, if you are a current client, we will require your email address so that we can invoice you and keep you up-to-date with any changes to your care plan or services.
You can contact us at any time and request that we forward you any information files we have pertaining to you, your care needs and the services we provide to you. However we can refuse to do this if the manner in which it is being requested is frivolous or vexatious in nature, or there are legal proceedings relevant to this information in place, or if it endangers any lives, or if the request breaches or reveal information that is the intellectual property of Kinfolk Consulting.
If you want to make a formal complaint about your services you will need to do so formally in writing. This will be dealt with in an appropriate manner.
As our client, you will not share any reports, plans, service ideas, or any other information regarding any services you have engaged us for, with any third parties. While we expect you to share information with your family, we do now allow this information be shared outside your immediate circle. We work hard to provide you with the best outcomes, and everyone’s situation is different.
