I won’t preach. I won’t promise that you will suddenly look 20 again. I will empower you through education and teach skills, based on evidence based, peer-reviewed research. Some of the areas I am very passionate about include:

I have decades of experience as an aged care case worker, adult educator, ten years as a meditation teacher, 3 years as a yoga teacher, and am currently studying to become an accredited yoga therapist. So, if living well and ageing well interests you, please get in touch. I run meditation and yoga classes and courses privately, and for community organisations and businesses. In our current climate I run my classes and workshops via ZOOM.
