Just a reminder that every Wednesday at 12.30pm (AEST) I run a free Mindfulness Meditation session via Zoom.
There is no need to pre-register. Simply turn up, enjoy and relax.
This is a great way to de-stress during the day, improve clarity and increase creativity.
You can access this from your pc or laptop, smart phone, or if you do not have internet connection you can dial in the old fashioned way as well.
This weekly class runs for 25 minutes.
