Come and join me for a Deep Rest Yoga Nidra Meditation session via Zoom.
Through Yoga Nidra we clear the mind and plant a seed for our intentions and actions to grow.
Yoga Nidra, referred to as Yogic Sleep, is an extremely restful practice that takes you somewhere in-between being awake and being asleep. It is a sacred practice of deep conscious rest.
It is a profoundly simple, yet powerful practice.
We set a Sankulpa, an intention, that is carried through our consciousness throughout the session.
We work through the senses to bring forth and begin clearing Samskaras (habits, patterns and mental obstacles that stop us from being our true selves and living our best lives).
Yoga Nidra is practiced laying down, with a pillow and blankets to keep you warm and comfortable.
Wear warm clothes. It can be lovely to have a pair of socks to put on to keep your feet warm too.
Turn down the lights. Turn OFF your phone and enjoy 45 minutes of deep rest.
The added bonus is that as this is an online event, you can get into your PJs and stay in your peaceful state for as long as you like….no need to get up and rush off once we finish.
Cost is $10 per household
*Please download Zoom and be ready to start by 7.25pm. We will be starting at 7.30pm and the Zoom session will be locked just after 7.35pm. AEST.
