Come and join me for a very special Full Moon Yoga Nidra Deep Relaxation session via Zoom.
Friday 2nd October is the Full Moon. This Full Moon is strong and powerful, perfect for setting intentions to improve communication with others, and an ideal time to set big plans into action.
Through Yoga Nidra we clear the mind and plant a seed for our intentions and actions to grow from.
Yoga Nidra, referred to as Yogic Sleep, is an extremely restful practice that takes you somewhere in-between being awake and being asleep. It is a sacred practice of deep conscious rest.
It is a profoundly simple, yet powerful practice.
